Record performance of perovskite light emitting diodes
A record efficiency (over 11%) in light emitting diodes based on Q-2D perovskite materials was accomplished by the cooperation between Jianpu Wang’s group (Nanjing Tech University) and Feng Gao’s group (Linköping University). The MQW formed in LED exhibits a very high external quantum efficiency of up to 11.7%, good stability and exceptional high-power performance with an energy conversion efficiency of 5.5% at a current density of 100 mA cm−2. Both groups will continue the cooperation in perovskite photovoltaic and optoelectronic devices.
